Most products may be returned for a full refund if returned within 30 DAYS of purchase with a receipt.
Return shipping is payed for by the customer, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday. In the case of a backordered item, we will be in contact.
